Pricing for the 2015 Dodge Charger lineup is now official, with the base SE trim starting at $28,990 and the top-of-the-line Charger Hellcat costing $64,990, and all prices quoted with $995 destination charges included. The $28,990 price tag for the Charger SE marks a $1,000 increase over the previous year’s model.
The basic SE comes with a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine rated at 292 horsepower and mated to a TorqueFlite eight-speed transmission. All-wheel drive will cost an additional $3,000 for the SE, which also comes with a 5-inch UConnect infotainment display and a 7-inch driver info display among its standard features. Moving up to the SXT, which also runs on the aforementioned Pentastar, will cost you $30,990, and standard features will now include the complete UConnect Access infotainment suite, LED fog lamps, and 18-inch wheels.
The Dodge Charger R/T for 2015 is powered by a 5.7-liter Hemi V8 engine that makes 370 horsepower and is paired with the same eight-speed TorqueFlite with paddle shifters; this option will set you back by $33,990. Matching the higher-performance theme, the R/T includes 20-inch wheels and a spoiler as standard, and also allows buyers to choose the Scat Pack performance package, swapping the 5.7-liter V8 with a 6.4-liter V8 rated at 485 horsepower. As for the Charger SRT 392, which costs $48,380, the 6.4-liter V8 is standard, but this trim also includes six-piston Brembo brakes, three-mode adaptive suspension, and various driving modes among its standard features.
Finally, the 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat completes the Charger lineup for 2015, and as we know, it comes with a 707-horsepower supercharged 6.4-liter V8 engine and costs $64,990. For SXT and R/T buyers, Dodge is also offering the Plus Group package, which costs $2,000 and includes Nappa leather sport seats, park assist with rear view camera, HID headlamps, and a heated steering wheel and second-row seats.
