Lamborghini may have tried to play it as subtly as possible in preparation for the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, but its latest teaser video promises that it will be launching its “most reactive car” ever, a vehicle many believe would be the Aventador SV.
Again, Lambo didn’t expressly say that it will be debuting the Aventador SV at Geneva, but it did drop many a hint on the teaser. For example, a dramatic-looking letter “S” appears in the background as the words “The Most Reactive Car” are displayed. This is a recurring theme on the advertisement, same with the Zorro-esque sound effect in the background. That “S,” for Lamborghini fans, should be familiar, as it’s of a similar design to the badge of the Murcielago SV. Viewers also get to see the supposed Aventador SV’s quad-tailpipe exhaust, as well as its interior.
The Lamborghini Aventador SV is rumored to come with a V12 engine capable of between 750 and 800 horsepower, making it a big improvement over the Aventador LP 700-4’s 6.5-liter V12 that’s rated at 691 horses and 509 lb/ft. torque. Aerodynamics should be improved as a result of the new-look front and rear fascias and the enlarged rear wing, while recent photo leaks also suggested that the new car will have a more aggressive look up front and from the rear.
